CA CARB Approved with Green Sticker
Being EPA approved for CA means CARB approved for ridding in the state of CA where the emission laws are the strictist in the US. More states will follow with the CARB approved law and just about all scooters do not have this approval except for the Vento line and the Tank scooter line.
Scootertronics offers both the Vento scooters and the Tank scooters which are the first with this approval. This is a must for the new emission laws in 2006. All engines must be EPA approved regardless of size when imported into the US starting in 2006. All scooters offered by scootertonics met these new laws with the Vento and Tank being the only ones with CA CARB approval. Buyer beware do not buy unless CARB for CA. All others offered by scootertronics met all DOT/EPA laws for all 50 states.
The scooter is the top of the line for a street legal scooter reaching speeds of 55+mph for highway use. Built right here in the US the Vento GT5 is a stylish ride to please all.
Vento also adds the 50cc Triton GT5 for all those only needing a 50cc and under scooter. Stll meeting the no license law CA residents will be happy they canb get a legal scooter in thier state.

I bought 2 yamati stradas from a dropshipper in muncie indiana. Both bikes don't work(have electrical problems and brake problems.) and he won't return our money. Is there anything i can do? I'm always emailing and calling him-have been doing it since we got the bikes. I just want him to come and get these large paper weights and refund our money.

I also bought one from same but not having near problems you have experienced. They do not have info on bikes firsthand and I've dealt with factory reps for info. You should have 3 month warranty. If you cannot rememdy I am concerned.
