This season or year has been a diffucult one to say the least. With so many customers and alot of different sites that are not truthful and backyard operations makes it very hard for a real scooter store to get the right help to everyone. I always wondering if I am just trying to hard to help everyone and is it I am just not doing a good job. Looks like the saying you can not please evryone is true and boy do I know it. So yes I have had a few dissapointed customers and quite a few of happy ones.
