With so many different scooters and so many web sites selling scooters the internet is the place for a economical mode of transportation no matter where you live and where you have to go. Once thought of as a fad or just for those who want to play around they now have become a way of life for many consumers trying to save gas and piece a little savings together or plain want to ride.

The econmical Asian made scooter from China or Twain has been leaving a big impact on many lives the past few years. For the past four years Scootertronics has been quietly selling scooters online and locally throught MD, VA and DC. So it has certainly impacted those of us who work at Scootertronics and all of our customers which are in the thousands by now with more everyday. With a firm belief that we can help just about everyone who calls or visits us online whether they are buying a new scooter, need a helmet parts or accessories we have it covered. Basically we just listen to our customer and built from what they have asked for. A great example is when four stroke scooters from china were first being sold and they needed help getting any kind of speed and power from them like two stroke models which are found less and less, so now Scootertronics stocks complete upgrade kits for better top speeds and hill climbing for GY6 based scooters plus a line of high performance two stroke scooters an d all upgrades for those also.

2008 will see our first scooter that we will offer with complete engine and trans upgrades done before delivery for sale on scootertronics.com. We have always added high performance as a seperate add on to all our scooters but now we will have them ready to go when ordered. Our Blazer model will have trans and other high performance parts added so the scooter will have a comfortable cruising speed of 45mph with 50 to 55 when needed for keeping up with traffic.

If you are just looking to get around town and go to school carry some stuff like school books or a laptop scootertronics has quite a few 49cc four stroke scooters along with some high performance two stroke scooters such as the Keeway Matrix 50 Racing Sport Scooter. Our Meitian Metro Duo and Sport plus our Retro models are best for this use. If you are trying to get to work everyday once again the Metro Duo plus our Retro models get the job done with a top performaer being our Blazer 09 Performance scooter that is got custom mods done for cruising in traffic at 45-50mph getting 80mpg. Most states do not require a motorcycle license for 49cc scooters so we have worked hard on getting thi sjob done with the best top speed hill climbing trans mods done to get the job done.

Along with Red Streak Motors Scootertronics will offer Jonway scooters. This will help distribution for local dealers and interent sales of a quality scooter with a warranty parts service and completely assemble ready to ride scooters. Jonway has all the standard models and is home for many brands already. Jonway unlike the others has moved to the US for better service for dealers and general better product that has manufacturer in the US.

A well performing 250cc scooter for 2008 will not be a problem again. We see alot of sub par 250s that just do no hold up as well as ones from Jonway same goes for the smaller displacement scooters with 49cc four stroke and 49ss two models for 2008.

Scootertronics will offer the Sport 09 as a high performance four stroke scooter that has had mods done in our shop with a road test as well as PDI then shipped to our customers. each one will be upgraded to fit the customers needs.

2008 will see Scootertronics building our own engines as well as building or rebuilding customers engines as well as shipping them back and forth from customers. Clutchs can be rebuilt also with high performance ones, some will like this service so they do not have to struggle. New jets plus new OKO carbs have come in. These are 30mm and 32mm OKO CVK carbs that with big manifold really get it done on a 150 scooter or cart.

  With 2007 coming to an end Scootertronics will take all the good that happened in 2007 right on in to 2008 with introducing a new line of Jonway scooters with all the featured scooters right here. With the development of a high performance four stroke scooter which will have a sporty body style with 12 inch wheels it will show off all the high performance parts that we can install into four stroke scooters using the GY6 49cc engine.

This is what we have used recently with great results getting results of 50-60mph with stopping power with Ferodo brake pads on both discs front and rear plus we will be added brushed aluminum wheels, chrome grips with speed throttle 

All of the different  high performance parts add thier own power when used seperate you ust get a different speed ratio from pure take off to top end to blow doors, trans upgrades with clutch like DR Pully with weights and kelvar belt will do very well on its own as well as an Chrome Exhaust will do also.
